FFA Membership
Welcome Fine Arts Parents, Teachers, and Community Members to the 2008-2009 School Year!
We are starting our Foundation for the Fine Arts membership drive on August 6th at the student orientation. The FFA will have a membership table set up in the school. All of the five Fine Arts disciplines will also have tables set up with general information, calendars and much more. Please come by and meet the FFA Board members, Fine Arts Directors and Fine Arts Students.
If you have any questions regarding the Foundation for the Fine Arts membership program, please contact Kitty Hudalla, Membership Chairman.
FFA Membership Drive
All Fine Arts families are encouraged to join the FFA as members. Your support is critical in helping the Foundation to grow and develop new programs that benefit all five of our Fine Arts disciplines.

There are four membership levels to choose from.
The first $25.00 of your membership donation is dedicated to the FFA general fund and the remaining amount of your donation goes directly to the discipline of your choice.
A small amount of the initial $25 that is dedicated to the FFA is used for general operating expenses.
The bulk of the donations will be used towards funding our new Senior Fine Arts Scholarship program.
FFA Membership Form
You can obtain a copy of the FFA membership form here, from any Foundation Board member or pick one up in the front office.

Please return the form and fee to your Fine Arts President or mail it to the school, attention to the FFA.

FFA Gold Brick
We have a special program available only to Fine Arts families. Any family that joins the FFA at the Gold level will receive a Commemorative Gold Brick for their student. This Gold Brick is placed in the auditorium and honors the student’s involvement in the Fine Arts at Centennial High School. Please complete Gold Brick information sheet and attach it to your FFA membership form and fee.
Commemorative Gold Brick Information
The student's name, discipline, honors, and years at Centennial HS is engraved on a gold plate
You choose what info will be included on the gold plate
The plate is 2 1/4" x 7 3/8" in size and will be adhered to the face of a brick in specifically designated areas in the auditorium and auditorium lobby
There will be an unveiling ceremony in October for those that have purchased brick sponsorships
