Centennial High School Theater Program

The Centennial Theater Department offers various classes for students who want an in-depth approach to the theater arts. These classes are designed to give students a hands-on education of the major components of acting, directing and theater technology.  There are also after school clubs for Improv and Comedy, which provide creative and fun experiences that help to develop stage presence.  There are opportunities to participate in a variety of productions, including serious drama, children’s theater and musicals. Students can also showcase their talents with the student-directed One Acts. The highlight of the year is the annual Mystery Dinner Theater which is created by the entire theater group.

We would like to welcome our new Drama Director, Mary Hayes Ernst.  We are very excited to have her at Centennial High School. She comes to us with a wealth of drama and theater experience.
